How do I cancel/reschedule an appointment?

You can cancel/reschedule your appointment in two ways.

  • After completing your appointment booking, scroll down to the “Changes to Your Appointment” section. Select which one you’d like to adjust.
  • In your appointment confirmation details email, select “Manage Appointment” under appointment details. The same “Changes to Your Appointment” section will appear. Select which one you’d like to change.

How do I get text notifications?

To receive text notifications, select the checkbox next to “Receive appointment notifications via text message” when booking your appointment.

How do I receive appointment details?

Your appointment details via email (and text if you selected that option). Scroll down to the “Your Appointment Details” section to view the details of your appointment.
